MotqenAI Terms of Service

Effective date: 3 October 2026.

These terms cover use of MotqenAI, operated by مدارك الاعمال للذكاء الاصطناعي, at Marj Elhamam Street, Amman 11181, Jordan ("we", "us"). Our contact is loay@motqenai.com. They apply to customers in Jordan and other countries where the service is offered. Mandatory rights under applicable local law are preserved.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and have authority to act for the business using the workspace. You are responsible for the team members you authorize and the instructions, permissions and integrations you enable. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are intended for adults with legal authority to enter these terms and act for the business. The service is not offered for children to create accounts.

The service

MotqenAI provides AI software for business conversations, knowledge retrieval, appointments and configured workflows. Available channels and integrations depend on the selected plan, provider approval and the settings shown in the service. Purchase details must identify the features, quotas, price, currency and billing period included in your plan. A trial or demonstration does not guarantee a particular business outcome.

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate output. You must review its suitability, configure appropriate human supervision and check consequential actions. The service does not replace professional legal, medical or financial advice. You remain responsible for how your business uses it and communicates with its customers.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, infringement of others' rights or attempts to defeat security and usage limits. Only connect accounts and provide content you are authorized to use. Public website learning does not remove your responsibility to respect applicable rights and access restrictions.

You must provide appropriate notices and obtain required permissions for messages, personal-data processing and call recording. Provider rules also apply to connected services. Do not use automated output as the sole basis for decisions requiring legally mandated human review.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain your rights in content you provide. You allow us to process, store, retrieve and transmit it only as needed to deliver and protect the service, follow your lawful instructions and meet applicable obligations. These terms do not give us ownership of your business content.

Connecting a provider authorizes the configured activities for that connection. For example, a Calendar connection can synchronize booking events and a Sheets skill can read configured rows or append request details. You may disconnect an integration; changes already made in the provider are not automatically reversed. External providers can change their APIs, permissions and availability.

Personal-data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Any required business data-processing agreement and international-transfer terms must be completed before the relevant processing begins.

Plans, payment and changes

Prices, taxes, billing frequency and any recurring charges must be presented before purchase. Where checkout is provided by Paddle, it acts as the merchant of record for that transaction, and its buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Its role does not replace our responsibility to provide MotqenAI.

Subscriptions renew according to the purchase details until cancelled. You can request cancellation through the billing tools made available to the account owner. The application's current cancellation flow schedules cancellation at the end of the paid billing period. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund; see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. That policy offers a full refund of the first subscription payment when requested within 14 calendar days of payment. Routine renewals are outside that additional offer, without limiting applicable legal or payment-provider rights.

Plan changes can take effect immediately with the provider's applicable proration. Confirm the displayed effect before submitting a change. Trials, overage rules and any service restrictions must match the actual plan offered. We will notify you of material price changes and seek consent when required.

Plan availability, prices and trial duration/limits are shown with the offer before you sign up or purchase. A free trial does not itself authorize a paid subscription charge. Paid subscriptions are available only when offered through the service's checkout.

Availability, suspension and termination

We work to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a service-level commitment unless agreed separately. Maintenance, provider interruptions and limits can affect access. If we believe an account is being misused or threatens security, we may restrict it proportionately. We will give notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue where appropriate, unless urgent action or legal requirements prevent that.

You can contact us to close your account. Cancellation, export, deletion and retention arrangements must follow the finalized plan and Privacy Policy. Ending access does not remove accrued payment obligations or statutory rights.

Intellectual property and responsibility

We or our licensors retain rights in the MotqenAI software and branding. Your subscription gives you permission to use the service within the agreed plan; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Generated output may not be unique, and you must check that your use respects others' rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our responsibility for claims is determined by applicable law and any separate written agreement that applies to the service. These terms do not set a monetary liability cap or require you to waive mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, disputes and contact

We will give appropriate notice of material changes and identify when they take effect. These service terms are governed by Jordanian law, without removing mandatory protections or court rights applicable to customers in other countries. This does not change the separate governing-law provisions of a Paddle purchase.
